These will be for local children for the cold winter ahead. We are also partnering with the Louisville Community Cupboard to give gifts to local children. We have decided on Children’s books as our donation. We are asking the congregation to purchase children’s books for ages 0-12, boys and girls, to be distributed for Christmas in our local Louisville community. The director of the Cupboard said he welcomes Christian books! We are in need of approximately 31 books. This collection will run concurrently with the mitten tree, and we will set up in the Narthex to collect both items.
